FAQs
What a session looks like
Each workshop runs 45 to 90 minutes depending on what works best for your group. The format combines a brief teaching, focused journaling prompts, and small group or partner discussions. Sessions feel intimate even with larger groups because the work is personal and the space is intentional.
You do not need to prepare anything. I handle all facilitation, journals, prompts, and materials. All you need is the room.
Workshop Topics
From Autopilot to Alignment
For anyone who feels like they are going through the motions. Participants look honestly at where they are living by default rather than by choice, and what a more intentional version of their everyday life could actually look like.
The Pause You Have Been Avoiding
For anyone who is burnt out or afraid to slow down. A quieter, more restorative session that helps participants get underneath the busyness and find out what is actually there.
Who Are You Becoming?
For anyone who feels like they have outgrown an old version of themselves. A future self visualization and identity journaling session that helps participants meet who they are becoming and figure out what it would take to start living as that version of themselves now.
Where Is Your Energy Actually Going?
For anyone who is busy but does not feel like their energy is going where it matters most. Participants do an honest audit of where their time and attention is actually being spent and leave with a clearer picture of what to protect and what to let go of.
The Yes Audit
For anyone who has been saying yes when they mean no for longer than they would like to admit. An honest look at the commitments filling the week and whether they actually reflect what matters most.
Who I work with
I work with yoga studios, gyms, women's groups, corporate wellness teams, networking organizations, and community groups who want to offer their community something genuinely meaningful. If your people are high functioning, busy, and quietly craving more intention and clarity in their lives, this is for them.
