Program Information

The Clarity Sprint is a structured small-group coaching experience designed to help you step back, reflect intentionally, and gain clarity about the direction you want to move in your life and career.

Participants move through a thoughtful process that helps them understand where they are, clarify what matters most, and build a practical roadmap for the year ahead. The program combines guided reflection, practical planning, and meaningful conversation in a small cohort environment designed to support honest thinking and real progress.

The program runs over five weeks. Eight participants per cohort. Sessions are 75 minutes long, in Stillwater, MN btu with the option for participants to call in virtually if needed. The hybrid structure is intentional: in-person sessions build trust and depth; virtual sessions reduce friction and extend access.

This program is for you if:

You know something needs to change but you do not know where to start.

1

You have been saying "I need to figure out what I actually want" for longer than you want to admit.

2

You are good at your job and your life looks fine on paper, but something feels quietly off and you cannot fully name it.

3

You feel like you are living someone else's version of your life.

4

You have tried journaling, reading, talking it through with friends and you are still stuck in the same place.

5

You make decisions based on what makes sense or what is expected rather than what you genuinely want.

Supporting Elements

A few examples of what we work through

Other people's expectations

We look honestly at how much of your life has been built around what your family, your partner, your peers, or your culture expected of you, and what it would look like to start making decisions from the inside out instead.

People pleasing and saying yes when you mean no

We look at the pattern of putting other people's comfort ahead of your own clarity, and what it is quietly costing you over time.

Outdated values and beliefs

We look at the values and stories you are operating from and ask which ones you consciously chose and which ones you absorbed so long ago you forgot they were ever a choice.

Fear of failure

We name the ways fear has been quietly running the show, keeping you from fully committing to the things that matter most so you never have to find out what happens if you try and it does not work.

The belief that you are not worth more

We look at the quiet, often unspoken belief that other people get to want more, do more, and have more and you are somehow the exception to that.

What You Will Leave With

By the end of the program, you’ll walk away with:

  • A clear and honest picture of where you actually are across every area of your life, not the version you tell other people, the real one.

  • A concrete vision for what you want your life to look and feel like, grounded in your own experience rather than what seems realistic or expected.

  • A deep understanding of your genuine strengths, the things that energize you when you use them, not just the things you are good at.

  • Clarity on the pattern or belief that has been keeping you stuck, and an honest look at what it has been costing you.

  • A written 12-month roadmap with a direction statement, milestones, and specific 30-day actions you can begin immediately.

  • A small group of people who have been through the same honest process alongside you and who know the real version of where you have been.

  • A commitment card in your own handwriting that arrives back in your mailbox 30 days after the program ends, from the version of you who did the work.

  • The ability to make decisions from your own values rather than from habit, expectation, or fear.

  • A way of asking yourself better questions, ones that actually produce clarity instead of more noise.

The goal of the program is not to provide quick answers, but to create the clarity and confidence needed to move forward intentionally.

Pricing

Join the next cohort for $150 off when you agree to a 45-minute debrief call after the program ends.

The Clarity Sprint is still growing. Every cohort teaches me something the last one didn't. And the most useful feedback I get doesn't come from a survey. It comes from a real conversation with someone who has just been through the whole experience and can tell me honestly what landed, what didn't, and what they wish had been different.

If you are willing to have that conversation with me after Week 5, I will take $150 off your program fee.

What the debrief call looks like: 45 minutes, after the program ends, just the two of us. I will ask you about your experience. What shifted for you. What the program got right and what it could do better. And I will ask if there is anyone in your life who might benefit from something like this.

That is it. No pressure, no pitch. Just an honest conversation that helps me build something better.

Use code DEBRIEF when you sign up.
