Over five weeks, we work through a clear process designed to help you step back, reflect intentionally, and clarify the direction you want to pursue.
Two Individual Coaching Sessions
Each participant receives two private coaching sessions to explore their situation more deeply and tailor the work to their specific goals.
Hybrid Format
Sessions alternate between in-person meetings in Stillwater, MN and virtual meetings, a model that builds relationships while accommodating real schedules.
Guided Reflection and Practical Tools
Participants engage with structured journaling exercises, thoughtful discussions, and practical frameworks to help clarify what matters most.
A Personalized 12-Month Roadmap
By the end of the program, you will leave with a clear and realistic roadmap outlining the direction you want to move toward over the next year.

We start with an honest look at where things actually stand. Career, finances, relationships, health, purpose, and more. We look at what the picture is telling you. What feels heavy. What you have been tolerating so long you have almost stopped noticing it. What area, if it shifted, would change how everything else feels. Most people find that just telling the truth about where they are produces more clarity than months of trying to figure things out alone.

Before we talk about goals or plans, we go somewhere different. We look at the moments in your life when you felt most genuinely aligned and we find the threads those moments have in common. We imagine what a life with more of that in it actually looks and feels like from the inside. Most people surprise themselves. The thing they most want is rarely what they expected.

This is where we get honest about the patterns. Through journaling and partner work, you name the barrier that keeps showing up in your life and look at what it might be protecting you from. We also spend time on your genuine strengths, the things that energize you when you use them, and look at how those strengths are actually the most natural tools you have for working through what has been getting in the way.

Once you are clear on where you are, what you want, and what has been in the way, we build the plan. You write a direction statement, a specific, honest picture of where you are headed in the next twelve months. You identify your key milestones and the 90-day priority that will have the biggest ripple effect on everything else. And you commit to actions — not "think about it" actions, actual ones. You leave this session with a roadmap that is written down, specific, and built entirely on what you discovered about yourself in the weeks before it.
