The Clarity Sprint for Teams

Your best employees are not always your most engaged ones.

The people who show up every day, hold everything together, and deliver results are often the same ones quietly wondering if they are in the right place, heading in the right direction, or building toward something that actually matters to them. That uncertainty does not stay quiet forever. It shows up as disengagement, turnover, and the kind of slow fade that is hard to name but impossible to ignore.

The Clarity Sprint for Teams is a five-week small group program that helps your people get honest about where they are, clear on what they want, and equipped with the tools to move forward with real intention and direction.

What your organization gets:

  • Employees who show up with more clarity, direction, and intention.

  • A team that has done meaningful personal development work together, which builds trust and connection in ways that structured team building rarely does.

  • Reduced quiet disengagement from people who feel seen, invested in, and genuinely supported.

  • A stronger culture of self-awareness and intentional growth.

  • An investment that signals to your people that you care about more than their output.

What makes this different:

The Clarity Sprint works because it treats your employees as whole people, not just professionals. When someone gets genuinely clear on what they want, understands what has been holding them back, and does the internal work to move through it, they do not just feel better. They show up differently. They contribute more. They stay.

This is not a team building exercise or a productivity workshop. It is personal development work done in a small group setting that produces real, lasting change.

What participants walk away with:

A concrete 12-month personal and professional roadmap built around who they actually are and what they actually want.

A clear understanding of the limiting belief that has been holding them back and a real plan for working through it.

Greater self-awareness, confidence, and direction.

A small group of colleagues who did honest, meaningful work alongside them

Program details:

Format: Five weekly sessions of 75 minutes each.

Group size: Eight participants per cohort. Intimate by design.

Scheduling: Sarah works with your team to find session times that fit your organization's calendar.

What happens over five weeks:

Week 1 — Where Am I Now?
An honest, unfiltered look at where participants currently are across their life and work. Creating a real baseline before anything else. Most people have never done this with real structure and support around them.

Week 2 — Where Do I Want To Go?
Helping participants get genuinely clear on what they want, not just what seems practical or expected. Values, vision, and what a fully aligned life and career actually looks like for them specifically.

Week 3 — What Is In My Way?
Naming the patterns, barriers, and beliefs that have been keeping the gap in place. The honest work that most development programs skip entirely because it is uncomfortable. This is where the most significant shifts begin.

Week 4 — How Do I Get There?
Identifying the limiting belief underneath the barrier and building a concrete roadmap grounded in everything discovered in Weeks 1 through 3. Direction, milestones, and specific actions they can begin immediately.

Week 5 — How Do I Make It Last?
Challenging the limiting belief directly, building a replacement thought, and creating accountability structures that make the change stick beyond the program. This is what turns insight into actual behavior change.

A note on confidentiality:

Everything shared within the program stays within the program. Nothing participants say in sessions is reported back to the organization. This is not negotiable and it is also what makes the program work. People go deeper when they feel safe. The organization benefits from the results of that depth without needing to know the details.

If requested, Sarah can provide a general debrief on themes that emerged across the group without identifying any individual participant.
