Hi, I’m Sarah.
One day, I had this thought that really spoke to me - there is no trial run in life. The thought crossed my mind at a time when I had a nagging feeling that life was great, but something was missing. It’s what inspired me to get off autopilot and take the time to think about what I want.
The more I started thinking and dreaming about what I wanted out of life, the more energy and excitement I had for what was ahead. The more I tuned in with my heart and mind, the clearer it became how I wanted to spend this one life I had.
I started journaling daily, listening to podcasts by people who had made big, scary changes and created lives they had only dreamed of, and working on finding my dream.
That process led me here. I left a very comfortable corporate role in Supply Chain, trained to become a coach, and made the jump. It was terrifying. I talked myself out of it numerous times, but every time I reflected on what was bringing me energy and joy, it was conversations with people about this.
I am currently pinching myself daily that I am living this life. I want that for you.
My Philosophy
Courage Follows Clarity
Once people understand what they truly want, it becomes much easier to act with confidence. Courage isn’t about making dramatic changes — it’s about moving forward thoughtfully and committing to the direction that feels right, even when it requires difficult decisions.Clarity Comes From Reflection
Life Deserves Intention
Life is too precious to drift through without reflection. Many people move forward based on momentum, expectations, or convenience rather than thoughtful choice. Taking the time to step back and consider what truly matters allows people to live more intentionally and build a life that feels meaningful.Clarity rarely appears overnight. It often emerges through honest reflection, meaningful questions, and the willingness to examine your values, priorities, and trade-offs. Creating structured space to think clearly can reveal possibilities that are difficult to see in the middle of everyday life.My Background
Before starting Night Clarity Coaching, I worked in supply chain and logistics. My focus was on inventory management, process improvement, and supply planning. I loved how fast-paced the work was and how execution-focused it was. During that time, I saw how many capable professionals quietly wrestle with questions about their direction, even while succeeding in their careers.
I live in Somerset, Wisconsin, with my husband and two kids. I spend much of my time reading, being outdoors, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I’ve always been drawn to conversations about how people build meaningful lives.
