The program includes five weekly sessions. All sessions take place in person at Liftbridge Cowork in Stillwater, Minnesota. If you aren’t able to make it to a certain session, there is the option to call in via Zoom. Allowing participants to stay engaged in the program while maintaining flexibility during the week.
